Hollingbourne is well located close to the M20 and with its own station providing access to London and elsewhere.

The village has its own amenities but with Maidstone close by, there is access to good schools, shopping, pubs and restaurants, other cultural and leisure amenities and sports clubs. Leeds Castle is also nearby with its historic links and various music and other events throughout the year.

Mentioned in the Domesday Book, the village has The North Downs Way and the more ancient Pilgrims Way passing through it. As well as contributing to the pleasant and varied local countryside, Hollingbourne Hill was a previous trigonometric point for map making, a key one for the Kent Ordinance Survey Map.

As one would expect, with three Conservation Areas in and around the village, there are some very historic properties such as the Grade I listed church and Hollingbourne Manor, as well as other older style and more contemporary homes for buyers and renters, whatever your budget.
