With the game of Rugby originating at its world famous public school of the same name, Rugby has a unique feel with its mix of Victorian and post-war properties. A few miles from the M1 and M6 intersection and with London less than an hour away by train this attractive market town is a great option for those wishing to leave the hustle and bustle of a big city behind.

With a good selection of independent shops and coffee shops, its town centre has a slightly quirky feel with the main partially pedestrianised shopping area centred around the Clock Tower. A street market is held in the town centre several days a week and recently several out-of-town retail centres have opened to the north of the town.
